You retain full ownership of your journal entries and reflections. We don’t read, review, or share your data unless explicitly authorized.

3. Account Responsibility

Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Prohibited Use

No use of Unfold Daily for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities. Violations may lead to account suspension.

5. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We reserve the right to remove users who violate these terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We may occasionally update these terms. Continued use means you accept the latest version.

   You must be at least 18 years old to use Spark. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibility

   Spark provides conversation prompts only. Users are solely responsible for their interactions, decisions, and outcomes resulting from conversations initiated through the app. Spark does not monitor, record, or mediate conversations between users.

4. No Professional Advice

   Spark is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or mental health services. If you are experiencing emotional distress or relationship conflict requiring professional support, please seek qualified assistance.

5. Respectful Use

   You agree to use Spark in a respectful and lawful manner. The app may not be used for harassment, coercion, manipulation, or any unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual Property

   All content within Spark, including prompts, design, branding, and text, is the property of Jared Diaz unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce app content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

   Spark is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for any personal, relational, emotional, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
